Returns & Exchanges

At SIR of Sweden, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
